How to return a product to us

At Best of Scrubs our goal is your satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, it may be returned for any reason within 30 days of purchase.

We cannot accept returns of items that are worn, altered, laundered, embroidered, screen printed or damaged by the purchaser. Items should be in original condition and packaging with all tags and labels as shipped. Footwear must be clean and in original condition. Please try on your shoes on a clean, dry surface to avoid discoloration to any white soles.

Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.

To assure proper credit, all returns are subject to inspection upon receipt.

Please follow the returns process below to expedite the handling of your return or exchange.

1) Please send an email to customerservice@bestofscrubs.com to receive authorization for your return. Please be sure to include your order number, contact email address and phone number, the reason for your return, and the best way to contact you.

2) Mail your item(s) with your receipt by using the return shipping information provided by Best of Scrubs customer service. We recommend that you ship via insured mail or carrier in the event the package is lost during shipment. Return shipping cost and original shipping and handling are not refundable unless item is manufacturer defective when shipped.

3) We will issue a credit to the credit or debit card that was used to make your original purchase. Your card will be credited immediately upon processing your return. Depending on your billing cycle, you may see the credit on your next statement. However, due to delays by credit/debit card companies it may take two statements before you see the credit on your statement.

4)If you would like to make an exchange, simply purchase the new size or color on the best of scrubs website. Shipping is FREE at BestofScrubs.com, so you can enjoy your new scrubs or shoes while we process your return!
